At RC's, we understand the old saying, "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." That's why we offer our customers the Preventive Maintenance Agreement. This agreement is renewable each year, and it keeps your air conditioning and heating system operating at peak performance. It also prevents many unnecessary breakdowns. It's like having regular doctor visits, having your teeth cleaned twice a year, or having the oil changed in your car on a regular basis. 

PMA Benefits

• 4 scheduled visits (2 filter changes and 2 services - summer and winter)
• PMA customers are "priority" customers
• Your name is put at the top of the call sheet should you need service
• PMA customers receive a discounted price on service

• Indoor and outdoor wiring
• Temperature split across coil verified
• Condensate drain will be cleaned (blown out)
• Visible ductwork is inspected
• Proper thermostat operation will be checked
• Heat strips inspected
• The filter will be checked. If the customer supplies the filter, we'll change it
• Clean outdoor coil

Equipment Owner's Responsibility
Please inform RC's that you are a PMA customer. Customers also need to provide our technicians with access to equipment and controls.  We ask that pets be restrained for the safety of both our technicians and your pets.

Special Low Rate
$250 for 1 system, for 1 year.
$100.00 for each additional system upon initial evaluation.
